My Web Presence for your consideration

My area of Expertise

I specialize in  both New Construction and Existing Home Sales.

I really enjoy my job because I Turn Clients into Friends by turning Dreams into Reality.  If you are interested in Buying or Selling a home or land in, on or near the Gulf of Mexico or Tampa Bay, all I ask for, is the opportunity to earn your business.

And yes there really are still a few houses IN the Gulf of Mexico LOL

Whats my Story?

07/01/2010 : My firm recently became the Tarpon Springs Branch of Prudential Tropical Realty.   While I am excited by the new relationshiop, it also means that I have a lot of changes to my online branding to complete.  Prudential Tropical also has its own Florida Association of Realtors approved forms that I need to familiarize myself with to properly serve my clients/customers.   I expect the month of July will be a getting to know my new firm and its operations better.  As a result alot of my other online activity will be curtailed.  For one thing I looking into exporting my ActiveRain blog into my Prudential blog.

To be honest I was overwhelmed at everything that was presented to us in our 'Welcome to PruTropical' meeting.   I became even more overwhelmed trying to set up my PruTropical website, internet, intranet, forms, agent website, yada yada yada.

so many new passwords, accounts, etc... etc....

Transition has never been so overwhelming.  The upside is a tremendous team of professionals that have a tremendous system far superior to anything I have been exposed to so far.   But I fear the learning curve will be at least the next month.  So Please bear with me.   I can still pull up a Comparative market analysis like nobodies business, as well as set up a home search if you are considering buying in the area.  As far as business is concerned that will go on uninterrupted,  all that I have to learn will be a burden to me, NOT my clients
