Interior looks good... but I would like to suggest getting a better aerial view or map. All I see is the road Are there any amenities? Can you get a more colorful view or one showing property to the left and above this property or the complex entry? Just a few suggestion, of course. I lived in and out of St Pete for much of my life and still have family there so every now and again I take a few looks to see whats happening! :-)
Gulfview Villas, I guess would be one of my Farm Areas. and i have always been perplexed at getting good photos for the listing. As a result I do review every listing in MLS there. You made some great suggestions Pat, thanks. Will probably do the pics tomorrow, but there are storage sheds separating the parking spaces, and therefore blocking the ability to view two units at once. The covered carport limits the lighting of the front of the unit as well. There is no units above in this community, and on the other side is a Preserve/Park. Thanks for taking the time to comment. I have been carrying this listing a long time. And the Seller just requested trying a lottery system to sell it. But that sounds like a lot of trouble with a low probability of success.
