So how do you stop a nationwide Housing Crisis based upon buyers being unable to afford the house. How about providing incentives to people who can not afford to buy a house, to actually buy a house? Sound pretty stupid, well it is the latest move of the Feds.
those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it....and deserve to fail as a result
so to fix the housing crisis, that was brought about by the push of the federal government to increase home ownership, the federal government has decided to 'aid people who can not afford home ownership' and convince them that with this government program they actually can afford the property
